Meadows Library

Hi! I’m so glad you came to visit my website.

I’m Chris Primm, the library media specialist here at Meadows Elementary. I grew up in a big family in a small coal-mining town in Pennsylvania and, after living in Pittsburgh, Richmond, Washington D.C., and Switzerland, moved to Southern California. My husband, Karl, and my three kids, Jessica, Mallory, and Zachary love living here. I have a BA Degree in English Literature and a MBA but I learn more from the kids during library time then I ever learned at school!

In my free time I like to travel with my family– we especially enjoyed a safari we took in Zambia, Africa. I also enjoy running and reading, of course. Some of my favorite childrens books are The Magic Shoelaces,Sarah Plain and Tall, Quack, Quack, Moo Cows that Type, and anything by Roald Dahl.
